Subject : Homicide of my wife – Foul Play by Lokayukta of Maharashtra, Justice V.M.Kanade (Case N0. 4156 dated 31/10/2019) abandoning his duty, protect civil servants and indirectly criminal offenders responsible for untimely, unnatural and merciless death of my wife.

- Enclosed, please find my complaint letter to Hon’ble President of India, Madam Droupadi Murmu regarding Justice being trampled in the largest Democracy in the World.
- All Pillars of Democracy have failed a Citizen in, unnatural, untimely & merciless death of his wife sacrificed as a “Guinea Pig” in an “Illegal Drug Trial”.
- This is the Ninth year that I am seeking Justice & the Killers are roaming free.
- Human Rights have been violated in the largest democracy in the world by bribing & corrupting every authority in India….

Dear Sir,
Subject : 1) Trampling of justice in a “Homicide” case by civil servants who have protected killers of my wife, late Smt.Kamini Umeshchandra Barkur.
2) Dismissal of Lokayukta of Maharashtra, Justice V.M.Kanade for misusing his powers and protecting the civil servants. He has protected killers which is a shameful act by any constitutional authority anywhere in the world.
I have been oppressed and tortured for 9 years seeking justice in homicide of my wife by killer pharma company Cipla Ltd, Public Health Departments of Maharashtra, regulatory and law enforcement authorities viz Food and Drugs Administration (State licensing authority for drugs) and CDSCO (National regulatory authority for drugs).
- It is a shame that Lokayukta of Maharashtra appointed as Anti-corruption Ombudsmen has acted in exactly the opposite way he is bound to act. He protected civil servants and indirectly killers of my wife.
- It is a disgrace for the largest democracy that an aggrieved senior citizen was Left to fend for himself. I have managed to investigate all of their anti-national acts.
- It was shocking to know that my police complaint was closed for the second time. I was not informed about it nor the reasons behind which my complaint in “MURDER” of my wife was disposed of…
