Several complaints have been made to DCP, S.P. & Police Commissioner of Mumbai :

  1. 01st January 2021 on destruction of evidence & attempt to tamper with evidence by the Dean of Sir J.J.Group of Hospitals.

Complaint dated 1st January 2021 was registered with Commissioner of Police, Mumbai by the Complainant informing him of destruction of evidence and attempt to tamper with evidence in a homicide case by the Dean and ‘Expert Committee’ at Sir J.J. Group of Hospitals [Evidence documents pages 467-468].

Complainant has told the Commissioner that this matter is not only his personal battle but in the interest of the citizens of the country. He informed the Police Commissioner that it is four years after his police complaint that FIR has not been registered.

Book on ‘CIPLA DRUG TRIAL’ was sent to the Police Commissioner.

Copy of Complaint to Cabinet Secretary dated 27.01.2021 was sent to the Police Commissioner.

Copy of Order by Maharashtra Medical Council was sent to the Police Commissioner.

Copy of Status of case at Mazgaon Court filed by FDA Drug Inspector was sent to the Police Commissioner.

  • Complainant sent RTI request to O/O Joint Commissioner of Police asking for the following information [Evidence documents pages 469-500].
  • Reasons for delay in registering FIR since his complaint was dated 10th April 2017.
  • Action taken report against D.H.S. officials for holding back my complaint for seven months and then transferring the complaint to Dean of Sir J.J.Group of Hospitals on the false pretext that matter falls under section 304A.
