BUT FOR “DR.S.ESWARA REDDY” – ARCHITECT OF “FAKE JOINT INVESTIGATION”
DR.S.ESWARA REDDY WAS INVOLVED IN CRIMINAL CONSPIRACY WHEN HE WAS DCG(I) FOR A SHORT PERIOD. CORROBORATING PAPERS /EVIDENCE ASKED BY DIRECTORATE GENERAL OF HEALTH SERVICES IS SENT TO DEPUTY DIRECTOR (AV) MR.ARINDAM BANERJEE.
State regulatory & law enforcing authorities (FDA) and National regulatory authority CDSCO are still passing the matter To & Fro.
- Vide letter dated 17/01/2022, DCG(I) wrote to FDA Goa Director to examine the matter and take appropriate action under intimation to DCG(I) office.This is as per letter by DCG(I) to FDA Goa Director dated 17/01/2022 [Evidence documents pages 782-783].
- Reply by FDA Goa Director is nonsensical. They are still trying to keep the matter in Orbit.
Health Secretary in Ministry of Health and Family Welfare (MOHFW).
- There has been no action whatsoever on Cabinet Secretariat’s order of July-end 2020 [Evidence documents pages 510-512] by the Health Secretary which in itself is disrespect to the Cabinet Secretariat and was not expected of the Health Secretary.
